Only Curls by Moniele Fraga

My work with Só Cachos Moniele Fraga began during the pandemic, when she couldn't work in her physical salon, so we created digital products for the brand to sell, in addition to selling cosmetics online. Moniele Fraga is a hairdresser with over 35 years of experience, owner of the Só Cachos Salon in Belo Horizonte (MG). She has specialized in curly, kinky, and wavy hair since 2016, with training in techniques such as Dry Cutting and Curly Hair Cutting. Moniele and Só Cachos' philosophy has been translated into marketing campaigns and focuses on reclaiming identity and accepting natural beauty, with the slogan "It's not a trend, it's a reclaiming of identity." She works daily with hair transformations and transitions, encouraging clients to accept themselves and live their beauty in a simple and unique way.   In the digital world, we work to help Moniele Fraga and Só Cachos build a meaningful presence, using marketing tools to:

  • Education and Specialization: Moniele offers specialized courses in curly hair styling for other professionals in the field (Moniele Fraga Method), using digital tools to expand their knowledge and techniques beyond their physical salon.

  • Content for the Public: Through YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok, she shares her knowledge and client case studies, discussing topics such as hair transition, the fragility of curly and kinky hair, care tips, and the importance of self-acceptance, establishing herself as an authority on the subject.

  • Selling Courses and Digital Products: The online presence is used to market online courses aimed at the end consumer, such as the "Empowered Curly Hair Trail," which teaches how to care for hair at home. This includes e-books about ingredients to avoid and the sale of products (although information about digital products is stronger).

  • Marketing and Credibility: The digital world serves as a showcase, displaying testimonials and hair transformation results, which generates credibility and attracts clients from other cities to the salon in Belo Horizonte.

In short, Só Cachos utilizes digital tools, under the leadership of Paulo Victor Fraga, and transcends salon services, acting as a platform for empowerment, education, and sharing techniques about natural hair.

NGO Levanta e Brilha

My work with the NGO Levanta e Brilha began in February 2025 as a Paid Traffic Manager, through the Google Ads Grants initiative, with the goal of promoting their charity thrift shop, which sells donated clothing. Levanta e Brilha is a Missionary Center for Integral Development (Associação Centro Missionário de Desenvolvimento Social), located in Belo Horizonte, MG. The NGO is dedicated to promoting justice and development in the community, with a philosophy of participating in social life and addressing the problems faced in the community, ideally living there to build natural relationships. Among its initiatives are:

  • RAP - Reinforcement and Pedagogical Activities: Aims to give children the opportunity to learn.

  • Adult Literacy - Opening the World: Develops a school curriculum to achieve dreams through adult literacy.

  • Teens: Offers workshops to promote relationships and the transmission of values among teenagers, encouraging them to study together and value friendships.

You can get involved and contribute to the organization, which also provides contact information and bank details for donations (Caixa Econômica Federal or PIX using the company's tax ID).

Bunker Hill Moving Company

Bunker Hill Moving is a local and long-distance, family-owned, and operated moving company based in Quincy, Massachusetts, with over 15 years of experience. It serves Quincy, South Shore, Hanover, and surrounding areas, offering cross-country and interstate moves. The principal owner and CEO is Marcos L. Santos. Bunker Hill Moving, with its strong local reputation and positive reviews, demonstrates a solid foundation. However, its growth in the modern American market depends on an enhanced and strategic digital presence. My work consisted of three functions: redesigning the website, managing social media, and driving traffic. The website was modernized, is responsive, and focused on user experience. Restructuring the site to highlight the BBB's A+ ratings and testimonials (such as 5-star reviews on Google and MoveBuddha), while integrating an easy-to-use quote system, was crucial. The design conveys confidence, professionalism, and the company's family-run experience, which is Marcos's strong point.

In traffic management, the strategy focuses on paid search campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads. Remarketing is essential to convert visitors who requested quotes. Optimization for local SEO (Google My Business, directory listings) is vital to dominate geolocated searches.

Social media (Instagram and Facebook) aims to humanize the brand. Content includes photos and videos of teams in action, packaging tips, "before and after" transformations, and promotion of their services. Creating valuable content and directly engaging with the community strengthens customer relationships and trust.
